ABOUT
Abhijai started his design and research journey working on Mechanical products Design Engineering.
He has completed Masters with specialisation in Human Factors Engineering/UX research from Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands.
Post his Masters, Abhijai has spent about 8 years doing UX research in B2B and B2C space. Some of the industries he has worked in include eCommerce, Healthcare, Automotive and Entertainment/OTT.
Abhijai has also contributed towards publishing research papers in the domain of HCI, Automotive UX etc. His papers have about 50 citations worldwide.
T-shaped researcher with expertise in UX research and knowledge and interest in product design.
Currently working at Zee entertainment, mentoring a team of 2 budding UX researchers. At Zee, he works towards helping stakeholders taking better decisions through UX research for subscription, advertising and backend platforms. In the past, he has also contributed towards engagement charter wherein he did research for games, video and music.
